O’odham Traditional Life

The O’odham Himdag consists of the way of life and values that are uniquely held and displayed by the O’odham. Their cultural values include respect for the land, respect for their elders, sharing with others, and hard work. This lesson focuses on the O’odham’s past and their future by comparing and contrasting land, homes, clothing, food, government, and traditions.
